Shipping policy

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email and a tracking link once your parcel is shipped.

2. Shipping Within UAE

  • Standard delivery across the UAE takes 1–3 business days.

  • Free delivery on orders above AED 300.

  • A AED 25 flat rate applies for orders below the free-delivery threshold.

  • We partner with trusted courier services to ensure fast and secure delivery.

  • Same-day delivery may be available in selected Dubai areas for an additional fee — please contact us before placing your order.

3. International Shipping

  • We currently ship to GCC and selected international destinations.

  • Delivery times range from 5–10 business days, depending on location and customs procedures.

  • International shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

  • Customs and import duties (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.

  • You can track your shipment directly through the courier’s website using the provided tracking ID.

5. Delivery Delays

  • While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, unforeseen factors (weather, customs, or courier delays) may occasionally cause slight delays.

  • Journey Perfumes will not be held responsible for delays caused by courier companies or external factors beyond our control.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • If delivery is attempted and you are unavailable, the courier will contact you to reschedule.

  • If multiple delivery attempts fail and the parcel is returned to us, re-delivery charges may apply.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

  • Please inspect your order upon arrival.

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact our support team within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund according to our Refund & Return Policy.
