Refund policy

1. Return Eligibility

  • You may initiate a return within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

  • To qualify, the item must be in unused, unopened, sealed condition, with the original packaging, labels and any gifts/accessories included.

  • Perfumes that have had the seal broken, caps removed, or have visible use are not eligible for a refund.

  • Personalized, engraved or custom-label bottles are final sale and cannot be returned.

2. How to Request a Return

  • Contact our Customer Service at journeyperfumes@gmail.com or +971508839553 with your order number, reason for return, and photos if the product is defective or damaged.

  • Once approved, we will send you the return instructions.

  • The item must be shipped back to us at your cost, unless it is a confirmed defect or our shipping error.

3. Return Shipping & Charges

  • For customer-change or “didn’t like the scent” returns: you are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the product.

  • For items damaged, incorrect or defective on arrival: we will cover return shipping and refund shipping fees where applicable.

4. Refund Process

  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (where possible).

  • Refunds may take 7–14 business days to appear on your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Shipping fees, gift-wrap fees (if any), and any courier return charge will not be refunded unless the return is due to our error.

  • The refunded amount will equal to what you paid for the item (minus any restocking or shipping cost as per above).

5. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different fragrance you should return the original (per above) and place a new order.

  • If the returned item is defective, we may offer replacement of the same product (subject to stock).

6. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

  • Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us within 48 hours if the product is damaged, leaked, incorrect or missing parts.

  • Provide photos of the issue and our Customer Service will guide you through the return or replacement process.

7. International Orders

  • Returns for international (outside UAE) orders may be limited to replacement only, not refund, depending on customs and shipping constraints.

  • You are responsible for any export/import duties or return shipping costs for international returns unless our error.

8. Non-returnable Items

  • Products that have been opened, used, or show signs of wear.

  • Items missing original packaging, seals, labels, or accessories.
